Yes, you would provide our maximum suggested serving of our Mushroom Immunity PLUS supplement for your large dog which is one teaspoon (2 grams) daily. Recommended servings of a mushroom extract are (for an adult human & a large dog) two grams daily for immune support and three grams for therapeutic use. So you could increase the serving to 1 1/2 teaspoons if you feel your dog needs more support.
