There are a number of very important reasons why we feel our supplements for dogs and cats are the best choice. First, our supplements utilize USDA organic ingredients, when available for that particular ingredient. When USDA certification isn’t available for a particular ingredients, like glandulars for example, we make sure to utilize the finest sourcing available and in this case we use glandular material from pasture-raised bovine from New Zealand.
Our pet supplements are formulated by a team consisting of a Master Herbalist and Canine Nutritionist. These individuals are educated in canine and feline anatomy and physiology and specialize in natural animal health care. They are educated about every herb and ingredient, what is healthy for a dog or cat and what is not, and the most appropriate serving sizes for your pet.
Our pet supplements are hand-blended and this allows us to make our supplements in small batches so your dog or cat gets fresh ingredients, not ones that have been sitting around in warehouses for a long time. In addition, hand-blending allows us to formulate supplements without the use of chemical flow agents that are necessary for the use of machine packaging that most other companies utilize.
Lastly, we do not use fillers in our pet supplements. Inexpensive fillers, like ground flax seed (that goes rancid quickly) for example, are used to create volume in a container to give the impression of value. We don’t use fillers, so what your dog or cat will get from every natural component in our supplements is valuable nutrition from every ingredient.
