When providing your 4.2 lb dog with our Kidney Support Supplements your dog should receive 1/8 tsp of our Daily Multi Plus in each meal, three drops of our Kidney Tonic 2-3x daily (can place in meals or give separately), 1/2 of the 1/8 tsp scoop of our Kidney Glandular once daily (just estimate as best you can with such a small serving), and 1/4 capsule of the Biopreparation in meals 2x daily. Since your dog is older go slowly and start one supplement at a time and add in the next supplement as your dog appears to be adjusting well to the previous supplement.
