Adding Microbiome Harmony into your cat's supplement regimen may be helpful for your cat's constipation and certainly won't hurt. I would increase the serving size of the Constipation Relief to 2x the suggested serving in each meal - as long as your cat is not bound up. Do not increase the fiber amount in your cat's diet if he is impacted. I am not sure what diet you are feeding your cat, and just so you are aware that dry, kibble diets can contribute to constipation in cats. Moisture acts as a natural diuretic, so consider a high-quality, meat-based (limit fish intake) canned cat food like Ziwi Peak, Feline Natural or Nature's Logic.
