Wow, that is one large dog! For your dog's size and weight we would suggest starting with one teaspoon 2x daily. This can be increased to 3x daily if needed. To make this more cost affordable for such a large dog, I would suggest using the maximum suggested dosages that are for a 100+ pound dog when using our supplements.
