Yes, we do and all serving instructions are found on the product page under the Instructions tab and also on the product containers. To summarize for your 7 lb dog he would be given a rounded 1/8 tsp scoop (provided with purchase) of the Daily Multi Plus in each meal, 1/4 ml of the Kidney Tonic 2 - 3x daily, 1/8 tsp of the Kidney Glandular 1x daily and 1/4 capsule of the Biopreparation 2x daily.
