Yes, you can use CBD with the Degenerative Myelopathy Supplement Package. I have concerns with the use of CBD products for dogs with neuromuscular conditions though. My concern is that CBD products can cause low blood pressure, light headedness, and drowsiness. For a dog with DM you really want to "wake up" the brain and increase circulation and vitality, while CBD products can have almost the opposite effects. I think of CBD products more for seizure activity, stress and anxiety and perhaps pain (DM is NOT a painful condition in itself).
