Required Frozen Pet Food Shipping Package
1). Required for all frozen food deliveries. Please click "Add to Cart" so this item will be added to your shopping cart. If ordering over 32lbs of frozen items you may have to order more than one shipping package. Feel free to Contact Us with any questions. If you are confused we will help walk you through your first order.
2). All frozen food items must be shipped 2-day delivery to make sure they arrive to you in satisfactory condition. If you are within a two-day delivery zone, standard UPS ground is satisfactory and there is nothing special you have to do. However, if you are outside the 2-day zone, please make sure you choose 2nd day air delivery when checking out. Visit our Order and Shipping Help Page for more information and a delivery zone map to help you.
3). Lastly, frozen items are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to make sure they arrive to you by Friday, taking into acount a possible shipping delay. If we receive your order by 1:00pm on Tuesday we will be able to get your order out that day.
About Our Shipping Package
The Pet Health and Nutrition Center uses a special thermal lined box and an ice block for shipping frozen food orders. Reusable and recyclable, our Extreme Liners are an environmentally friendly alternative to pollutant Styrofoam coolers! Since our thermal liners are reusable, after accumulating several you may ship them back to us for a full $9.00 credit on each set (liner and iceblock)! You may order any amount of frozen items from us, and we will often let you know what quantity you should order to maximize the room in the shipping container. Our largest shipping box holds approximately 32lbs of frozen items.

How to Return Liners for Credit
After accumulating several liners and iceblocks, place them in the last shipping box you received from us. Then bring to your local shipping center or post office, whichever is less costly, and return to us for your credit of $11.00 per set of liner and iceblock. It is that easy! We just ask that you please make sure they are in reusable condition before returning.
